I love 'Woman Trouble' it DOES work. The climax is sublime, as every climax should be.

Paul is right, you can write. x

The Brown Supremacy

A very good read. The story is reliant of dialogue that truly shines. If I'd bought the story, I wouldn't be disappointed and from time to time, I re-read the ending because I liked it's completeness so much.

The Best Years of our Lives

This was a brilliant, cleverly structured, extremely funny read, Michael. You use a lot of unique phrases and sentences that enrich your story e.g. my eyebrows felt relieved to be allowed home. Masterpiece!

The Brown Supremacy

My wife and I went to the Barbican last night, where Valery Gergiev was conducting the LSO in Prokofiev’s ‘Romeo & Juliet.’ Just as they succeeded in conveying the drama entirely through the music, I think you’ve accomplished something similar with dialogue. A rare achievement.

Oh dear. I'm not sure that everyone is truly appreciating this man, but Ben Elton was a whimp in the face of this maelstrom of creative anarchy.

Hi Michael,

First of all The Brown Supremacy made me laugh, then it made me think. Consider that success. Well done.
The Best Years of Our Lives had me chortling and giggling semi hysterically. This was fun.
After Ever After … ‘a bit like Australia and on the other side of the moon’ … as an Aussie, I’m not sure whether to be insulted or amused! Ooh, sad ending, but it happens.
A nice little trio of modern day tales. Thank you
